A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Terms
These purchase terms apply to purchases via annacharlotte.se/annacharlotteatelier.com Online shop. We reserve ourselves for any printing errors in both product information and price and stock balance. We always strive to show our products as an accurate reflection of reality as possible. How the colour is reproduced in images may depend on the type of monitor you have and its settings. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information regarding price and delivery time subsequently.
Purchase
Anna Charlotte Atelier's rugs and textiles are created using our collection of original designs. Having a rug or textile product made-to-order is having an object made, especially for you. An order is placed by adding an item to the cart and then proceeding with the checkout process. Once the checkout process is complete, the browser will redirect the customer to a secure page for payment.
Products
All Anna Charlotte Atelier rugs and textiles are unique and handmade; rugs can vary in size by up to 5% in width or length from the size shown. Colours can vary slightly as well as from any sample provided.
Style and sizing advice
If you require a customized rug in size or colour, Anna Charlotte Atelier offers a personal digital service – style and sizing advice. Welcome to send us an image of your room, and we are on hand via email, phone, or ZOOM to help you find the best rug for your space.
Delivery time
The delivery times specified in the Web Shop are calculated from when the order is confirmed (contract finalization) and from the time that Anna Charlotte Atelier receives the payment.
The product is delivered punctually subject to scheduled delivery by our workshop as part of the matching cover transaction with the dealer concerned.
Most of our rugs are made to order and have a 10–12 weeks delivery time, stated on each product. When ordering these items, we will notify you of the delivery week as soon as we have received it confirmed to your email.
You have the right to cancel your order or exercise your right of withdrawal within five days after you have received your order confirmation. All delivery times are approximate and refer to the time we have received and registered your order until the item is sent from our warehouse.
Stock items are items that we usually have in stock for immediate delivery. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order.
Please note that the delivery time may be slightly longer during Christmas/New Year and summer than stated due to public holidays.
Our Atelier is closed during July and to mid-August.
We reserve the right to absolve ourselves from all claims for compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Vintage
Every vintage piece we offer for sale has undergone thorough inspection. We guarantee its origin and quality with a Certificate of Authenticity included in the purchase. Our design collection is a unique resource for our artisan weavers as they create objects of beauty according to our clients’ demands across the world.
14 days return and exchange policy. In case of a return or exchange, the customer paid all shipping costs and returned the items in the same condition as you received them.

Payment & Prices
The prices for the Products as specified on the website are fixed and in SEK, including VAT, unless otherwise is specifically stated in relation thereto. Applicable delivery costs and duties, if any, will also be set out.
We are cooperating with Stripe to process payments.

Modifications to the prices and terms
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the terms (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the terms.
International duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside of the EU might be subject to custom duties and taxes due on delivery. These charges are at your own expense. Please refer to your local customs office for more information.
Shipping & Delivery
The rugs will be delivered to your address by courier during daytime. Carrying the goods into your house or apartment does not always include. When receiving the goods, a signature is required.
Unless otherwise stated, below shipping fees apply:
Sweden
Flat rate shipping to your nearest pick-up point, only 99 kr per order.
EU (Switzerland, UK and Norway)
Orders from 15 kg: Free shipping
International
Orders from 20 kg: Free shipping
Delivery Services
Anna Charlotte Atelier reserves the right to choose the carrier service at the time of expedition. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier information and tracking number.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return policy does not apply made to order products, just for the storage products.
For a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number, sent to your given email address.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@annacharlotteatelier.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to send back the product at your own cost and choose a delivery service. We suggest you get a receipt and a tracking ID from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to track the return shipment if needed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products
The customer shall always examine the Products delivered to check for any damages. Any visible, external transport damages shall always be reported to the driver immediately upon receipt of the Product and shall be noted in the freight documentation. Any damage might be subject to Anna Charlotte Atelier or the service provider’s inspection.
Any transport damage shall also be reported direct within 1–3 days from delivery; any report shall include the order number and clear photos of the damage and any damage to the packaging. Any product that Anna Charlotte Atelier deems to have been damaged during transport will be replaced as soon as possible and free of charge.
We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without being notified first and returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
Privacy & Security
We respect and value your privacy and integrity. Therefore, we treat all your personal data according to GDPR. When you purchase something you also approve that we store and handle your personal information and details.
We will only store information that is necessary for us to complete our agreement with you and to run our business. Hence, no personal information given will be sold, given or transferred in any way to a third party. However, by using this site you give Anna Charlotte Atelier your consent and the right to use your information internally and for marketing purposes.
You have the right to take part of the registered information about you upon request. If the information should be found to be incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to demand that the information is corrected or deleted.
Force Majeure
In the case of an event that lies outside of Anna Charlotte Atelier control; including but not limited to civil war, revolution, riots, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, strike, or similar events (‘Force Majeure’); Anna Charlotte Atelier shall be excused from any of its obligations and reserves the right to cancel, and/or not fullfil the contract that has been established between Anna Charlotte Atelier and the customer.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
